ARCHITECTURE

Our studio creates complete architectural designs of single-family houses and residences for demanding investors. We manage the process from the first concept of the form and functional layout, through construction and detailed design, all the way to coordination of execution and author’s supervision.

We favor modern, sophisticated architecture with timeless references. We care about proportions, light, and noble materials, combining craftsmanship with new technologies. Architecture and interiors are developed in parallel, ensuring the entire house forms a coherent and logical whole.

We collaborate with experienced structural engineers and installation designers, creating energy-efficient solutions (heat recovery, heat pumps, photovoltaics) and smart home systems. Piotr M. Łucyan

Interior architect Piotr Łucyan is recognized as one of the top interior designers in Poland. His designs are regularly featured in leading magazines, not only in the interior design sector. Often invited as an expert and jury member in design competitions, he participates as a speaker and panelist, sharing his expertise on luxury interior design. His articles on design influences from lesser-known and unexpected regions are published in AD magazine. He co-designed the showroom for the legendary brand Poliform in Warsaw.  He is also a member of the SAW (Interior Architects Association).

Piotr graduated from the University of Warsaw, the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (Faculty of Interior Architecture) and the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź (Faculty of Design Arts). This background allows him to seamlessly integrate advanced functionality and modern aesthetics with a deep knowledge of art history. Personally overseeing each creation, and with the support of his team, he successfully delivers unique, prestigious interiors for luxury residences and high-end apartments in Poland and abroad.
