In Full Voice. An Uncompromising Apartment in a Tenement on Aleje Jerozolimskie

Warsaw, 120sqm

Some interiors whisper, but this one speaks out loud. Why? Its strength of character was meant to reflect the personality of its owner – unique, bold, and impossible to imitate.

The identity of the interior is built on a monochromatic palette inspired by Verde Guatemala marble, which captivated the investor. The deep green of this stone dominates the representative living area – from the entrance hall through the living room to the kitchen. A composition based on a single color gains expression through the play of textures, material contrasts, and bespoke details. Worth mentioning here are Italian lighting, Polish craftsmanship, and daring forms that together create an elegant, cohesive whole.

The private part of the apartment contrasts with the living area in both color and brightness. In the bedroom, a light and delicate range of shades is designed to encourage calm and relaxation. The same applies to the bathroom – more accurately described as a bathing room. This space is illuminated by two large windows. Its walls are finished with Moroccan plaster, shimmering tiles, and Calacatta Viola marble. The toilet and shower are separated by a partition with arched openings, into which doors can optionally be fitted.

The ceiling and one of the walls of the bathing room are adorned with stucco. With such details – along with a carefully selected palette of top-quality materials – we sought to carry on the style of the apartment’s central living area.
