How to combine the highest quality with a rational budget? This question accompanied us during the work on the presented project. Our client for this apartment was a regular customer for whom we previously designed the interior of a house and then subsequent investment apartments. This apartment will also be offered for rent in the premium segment in the future, but for now, it serves the owner’s son. The space is not large here, but it allowed for the convenient arrangement of the living area with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, and a designated wardrobe with a laundry area. To give the apartment the appropriate class, we opted for wooden claddings in walnut for the living room design and natural gray quartzite for the kitchen. In the bathroom, we used large-format Italian quartzite and rediscovered terrazzo. Numerous lamps from Aromas Del Campo also present an excellent quality-to-price ratio in our opinion. We tried to emphasize the elegance of the interiors with carefully selected furniture, including those from Polish manufacturers, such as a stone table from Uncommon Design and wooden furniture from Phormy.
