The owner’s wish was for this investment apartment to have a universal character – one that would make it easy to find tenants both today and in the years to come. This time, we avoided unusual solutions and chose a warm color palette based on beige tones. To keep the design cohesive yet full of character, we drew on elements referencing different phases of modernism – from its early days at the turn of the 20th century (including bentwood chairs with Viennese cane) to the soft-shaped simplicity of its more recent expressions.
